A Southern Love Story | Melissa Blythe North Carolina Wedding Photographer

December 5, 2017

In the small town  of Trenton, North Carolina there is a historic church, The Lost Coin that is full of charm and mystery. The church is smack dab in the middle of this single stop-light town and with it’s white wooden exterior and stained glass windows, it’s eye catching to say the least. Being a photographer has trained me to find the beauty in everything, even this aging church. Which is why when Horatio and Maddie wanted to have their wedding photos taken here, myself and a team of talented vendors were happy to help them style the perfect look to tell their love story.

Whitney Smith, florist and event designer created this dutch style arrangement. Charming and Quaint Event Rentals designed a beautiful sweetheart table for the couple to enjoy wine and small appetizers at during their wedding session.
Maddie’s classic wedding dress paired perfectly with her pearl necklace that was passed down from her Great Grandmother. While Maddy chose a more classic look, Heratico wanted to show off his stylish side with a blue suit.I love working with modern, open-minded couples who love art and beauty.
